Returns Policy

Incorrect or Faulty Products

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you have received a damaged or faulty item please provide details (including photos) within 14 days of purchase. We will use these photos to evaluate the issue and make it right. You can do this by contacting us at Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line. This will help us resolve this promptly. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. Bendy Bois does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products for change of mind.

Missing Items

Getting your goods to you promptly and in good condition is important to us. While we will always do everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition. If your order is missing any items please contact us at with your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and rectify any issues promptly.

Wrong product delivered

Very occasionally the incorrect product may be shipped to you. If this has occurred please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We will offer to send you the correct product and arrange for the pick-up and return of the incorrectly shipped product at no cost to you.

Refund Process

We will notify you when we have received and evaluated your return request, and let you know if it has been approved. If approved, a refunded will be made using your original payment method.
